It’s almost June and, I don’t know about you, but my body is starting to crave summer.
I feel as if it's saying: “Ok, we’ve been patient enough, give us summer now… pleeease!”
In any case there is summer and summer.
The English one is completely different from the Italian one, as you can imagine.
Since I moved to the UK, a “really hot day” for me is when the temperatures reach 22-24° C. When this happens, I feel as if I'm melting because of the heat… it’s so weird how you change when you live in another country!

A few days ago my friend Valentina asked me: “Could you bake some Cuor di mela for me, please?”. My reaction was loud and surprised: “uhhhh, Cuor di melaaa” I had forgotten all about them!”.
